This team manages the entrance to Nowhere. It checks the tickets of people before they enter. For 2022 this will include Covid testing.

• February - make sure shifts in FIST are correct

• end of May - arrange Early Entry for volunteers to cover build shifts
• Barrio build start - Gate opens for build crew
• Monday morning of event week - Gate closes during permit inspection
• Monday roughly lunch time - Gate opens for everyone
• Sunday of event week - manage exodus
