====== Gate team ======

This team manages the entrance to Nowhere. It checks the tickets of people before they enter. For 2022 this will include Covid testing.

===== Timeline =====

  * //February// - make sure shifts in FIST are correct
  * //May// - liaise with build and power teams to ensure requirements are met
  * //end of May// - arrange Early Entry for volunteers to cover build shifts
  * //Barrio build start// - Gate opens for build crew
  * //Monday morning of event week// - Gate closes during permit inspection
  * //Monday roughly lunch time// - Gate opens for everyone
  * //Sunday of event week// - manage exodus

  * **Name or ID doesn't match**
  *   * Ask person to change their details in Quicket
  *   * Reverse the entry on the scanner

  * **Ticket shows as already scanned**
  *   * Ask them to check if they have multiple tickets
