===== Ticket Team Job Description ===== ''Responsible To:'' Ticket Lead\\ ''Work alongside:'' Low Income Team, Gate, Finance **NOTE** - this is a pre-event role covering January to event start. ==== Description ==== Work with other members of the team to ensure that Nowhere tickets are sold safely and people buying tickets are able to resolve any issues. ==== Tasks ==== * Answer emails to the ticket team * Escalate any issues to the Ticket Lead * Track common queries and update the Ticket FAQ * Assisting the Low Income team manage the Low Income codes * (optional) Helping manage the Early Entry system ==== Necessary skills ==== * Patience! (You're going to be answering the same questions again and again) * Good enough written English to understand and be understood * Discretion ==== Bonus skills ==== * Have been to Nowhere before (yes we'll call it a skill!) * Knowledge of ticketing systems * Fluent in any European language ==== Job Benefits ==== * Being a core part of making Nowhere happen. No tickets == no Nowhere! * Buying one of the first tickets while testing the system ==== Time commitment required ==== The busy times are in January and early February when the tickets go on sale, and then quietens down till June when it picks up again.
