Another DIY chain similar to Leroy Merlin and Aki. Its not as comprehensive as Leroy Merlin (its more of a builder's merchant and has no gardening dept.) but has good prices and some hard-to-find items. The web site has some product info in the form of its 
current catalogue which shows a sample of its products. They do not cut wood (unlike Leroy Merlin). They won't give prices over the phone but have a nice catalogue/price list (Polvo will have a copy on site in The Caravan?).
There are two parts to the store: inside and outside
Inside
This is where you buy eg:
To buy wood go to the wood counter and order it. You will be given a slip which you take with the wood to the checkout.
Outside
This is like a builder's yard, you order and pay for what you want in the small office which has product samples. You are then allowed to drive in to the yard where you collect your materials. Before leaving you present your invoice which will be stamped before you can leave the yard.
