What I loved about Nowhere (in no particular order) by Ruby
martinis... picnics whilst watching naked mudwrestling... recycled hair moustaches... Esteban's best hair cut yet... Sunday sunset and everyone all feral and weather beaten and muddy and blissfully silly and drunk... being a judge at Miss Nowhere, much drunken prancing and mischief... the hotness of watching Chris Vexel, belly to the ground shooting an air rifle... Baggins's leftover sideburns the following morning with the saloon stamp moustache... waxing Adam's moustache... opera singing in the water tank... starlit fucks...naked booty sunbathing... beautiful birthday cakes... constantly losing and finding all my shit... booty portraits...breaking my finger whilst drunkenly wrestling Baggins... driving through the rain listening to music, sips of whiskey, missing all the mud... how fucking amazing everyone at Malfare was... watching the tool bitches giggling, hula hooping and being silly... gifts of birthday whiskey... the sudden trend for topless gals and all the gorgeous breasts... Hannah's pasties... pilled up cartwheels and disastrous headstands...being fed so superbly... how i couldn't have managed without my sewing helpers and how awesome they were... the joy of managing a big project, coordinating people and taking care of them... how hot Nurse looked every single friggin day... tipping a bottle of Brut aftershave into Noah's pocket, getting repaid by getting a bottle of coke tipped over me, ultimately winning due to demands of being scrubbed head to foot and inbetween my toes, Ha!... Dominic and Michael with their dinner jackets and bow ties... feeling constantly overwhelmed, knowing everyone else is feeling the same way... my massage from Allen, how it made me cry with the release within a matter of seconds... getting love letters...sending love letters... learning about LOVE... hugging Josh for the first time in a long time... Vietnamese coffee, fuck yeah!...feeling proud to be part of something so fucking amazing, being able to be such an integral part of something, knowing that every second is precious because it will never be the same again... feeling like we have reached a tipping point, the knowledge that we will look back and say 'this is the year everything worked and we totally fucking kicked ass!' ... observing how 'release' seemed to be such an integral part of everyone's experience... the build up of tension, the release of emotions, of blocks, letting go, tears...the incredible feeling of experiencing the power of a group of like minded individuals with a shared vision who come together to create, and being able to experience tapping into this collective consciousness that somehow feels greater than the sum of its parts, seeing the power of its effects on me and you.
