Ruby:
Over a delightful breakfast in Zurich at Naughty's restaurant with the Swiss burners on our way back home from Nowhere, Chris mentioned an idea in response to the lack of mingling in 'theme camps' with people frequently being too timid to visit camps he had which I would like to share:
He described the possibility of having a 'camp open day' (or perhaps Thursday and Friday afternoons) where each camp expects visiters and has 'greeters' who job it is to welcome anyone and show them around, introduce them to people, explain about what the camp is, how it works etc. Perhaps people could get involved for an hour in the running of the camp...cooking in the kitchen, helping with projects etc. Mauybe we could tie passports into this too and people could get their passports stamped.
A communal feast/picnic style event at MON on Sunday afternoon would be another great way to get everyone to participate in something all together one last time...
