We've offered to take a few things for a few outside people too but the biggest priorities are water and the sound system.
Water for 20 people for 7 days (2/7 to 8/7) at 5 litres a day each = 700 litres (that's 140 x 5 litre bottles – will we need to do a separate water run? --DJB: I expect space wize you will be ok, however, weight wise is going to be more of an issue)
sound system (speakers, decks, mixer, amp, mikes, etc)
Booze for 6 days of heavy drinking – see Bar Needs
shade netting
Generator
tents, clothes and crap for 3 drivers
deck chairs
wallpaper tables
kitchen stuff (stove, wash bowls, etc)
Musical instruments – is anyone bringing any?
Camp food basics and one camp meal
poles, tarp and tent for welfare team
Ninja stuff (approx 60Kg PA and some lighter stuff – giant boxing gloves, etc)
