Water for 7 days – 5 litres per person per day (if you're arriving before 2/7 then you'll need to cater for yourself until we get there): 160 euros

One all-of-camp meal – cooked by Andrew: tba
Some camp basics – rice, pasta, oil, salt, pepper BUT you will need to bring your own food: 30 euros
Mixing desk (we've bought all the sound gear ourselves cause we want to keep it but we still need this): 120 euros
Costs of getting all the gear there (ferry, fuel, etc): tba
Shade structure: 75 euros
Camp tools, building materials and such like: 100 euros?
Camp/kitchen/bar stuff: 60 euros
We're asking everyone for a £30 contribution, or 45 euros for you continental types.
So, with 18 people, if you're all still coming, that'll be £540. That's about 800 in the euro money.
Jess will send around bank details for money to go into by 28/6. Anything we don't use will be redistributed. If anyone really can't afford it, speak to me (Jess) separately.
We should also be getting a contribution from our efforts on the door at the Midsummer Nights Madness party in London. That is going straight on the BAR.
