Nowhereness Quotient
This Year all participants will be fitted with a subdermal RFID Chip. This will allow all particpants to be tracked at all times during the event. The data gathered from this will not only allow NOrg to ensure that everyone is radically self expressing in the correct place and at the correct time, but will also have ongoing benefits for the organisation.
Claudia will head the Resource Planning and Information Management team, who will use the data gathered by the RFID chip tracking to calculate every participant's ongoing levels of self expression, self reliance and participation. In her words:
From the 3 values (level of self-expresseion (SE), of participation ( P ) and sefl-reliance (SR)) we could calculate a quotient I'd define as “nowhereness” (NO). The awareness of someone's nowhereness could help to create a new price model next year plus maybe exclude un-nowhery (unovary?) individuals.
Upon arrival all participants must report to Tessa, who, using her vast mediacl expeirence, will carry out the Implantation procedure. Having received The Nowhere Mark, participants are then to report to the RPIM Team for processing, registration, and to recieve their unique Nowhere Number, which will be used for purposes of Identification throughout the event.
